We have been in business since 1996. Our founder has been in the retail industry for 26 years and brings the experience of Retail Operations to the business. Our shoppers are not interviewed, hired and trained over the internet. We personally meet with and train every shopper before they are given any assignments. We pride ourselves in our detailed surveys and we go far beyond the "cookie cutter" shops that most companies offer. Why choose us?
Unlike most mystery shopping companies, we are not internet based. Other companies boast the fact
that they have 50,000 or more shoppers across the country. These "shoppers" are obtained through search engines
on the internet with ads claiming "make up to $5000 per month in your spare time" or "get paid to shop!" Potential
employees are given an online test and then put into a pool of shoppers. They are not personally trained and, in most
cases, the companies have no idea who they even are! We personally interview, hire and train every shopper.
Our training never stops and performance is reviewed each month. Our shoppers have access to our management team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a questionable event occurs while they are performing a shop they are able to contact the people who can assist them. Our Customer Service shoppers also use covert digital cameras so their answers are supported with photographs. Our reports are posted to the internet daily so you have an up-to-date view of your results.
